Personal data collected by Studio 102 are processed in accordance with the rules of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as: RODO.

Studio 102 makes a special effort to protect the privacy and information provided to it, and concerning its Clients and applicants for a given position.

Studio 102 with due diligence selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organizational nature, ensuring the protection of processed data, in particular, protects data against unauthorized disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as processing in violation of applicable laws.

Out of concern for the security of data entrusted to the Service, Studio 102 has developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent the disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. Studio 102 constantly controls their performance and checks their compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the Act on Personal Data Protection, Act on Electronic Services, as well as executive and community law acts.

Personal data is processed on the basis of and within the scope of the consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorizes Studio 102 to process personal data on the basis of the law or in order to fulfill the agreement concluded between the parties.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes, based on the legal basis of the general data protection regulation art.6 of the Act, called RODO:

Users of our service remain anonymous until they decide otherwise. The information contained in the system logs (e.g. IP address) resulting from the general rules of Internet connections are used by Studio 102 for technical purposes related to the administration of our servers. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).

Contact with Studio 102 through the website requires filling in a form in which you should provide information enabling you to contact the user (e.g. e-mail address). The information provided in the form is used by us to make the necessary contacts with our users and to better adapt the content presented by us to their needs and interests.

Data is also collected for the purposes of current recruitment, and in case of your express and voluntary consent also for the purposes of future recruitment. You have the right to access and correct your data. Providing data within the scope specified by the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code and executive acts is voluntary, but necessary for the recruitment process.

Rights deriving from the RODO and time of processing

Personal data will be processed during the period necessary to complete orders, services, marketing activities and other services performed for the User. Personal data will be deleted in the following cases:

• when the data subject asks for their deletion or withdraws their consent;
• when the data subject does not take action for more than 10 years (inactive contact);
• when Studio 102 receives information that the stored data are outdated or inaccurate.

Based on RODO, you have the right to:

• request access to your personal data
• require the rectification of your personal data
• request the deletion of your personal data
• demand that the processing of personal data be restricted
• object to the processing of personal data
• require the transfer of personal data
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

If we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• access to personal data,
• obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of such data, the planned period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, the rights you have under the ARO and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of such data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in connection with the transfer of such data outside the European Union;
• obtain a copy of your personal data.

Personal data may be made available to state authorities, e.g. the prosecutor’s office, the Police, PUODO, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, if requested to do so by us, in addition, we may share anonymized data (such that can not identify you), external entities.
